Job Requirements are as follows:
RDA with OAP (orthodontic assisting permit) Preferred
Must have one year of orthodontic assisting experience
Successful Orthodontic Assistant candidates have the ability to:
- Communicate effectively with patients to determine needs
- Follow established safety and sterilization protocol
- Securely store and handle patient records
- Remain focused and attentive when assisting the Orthodontist during the care of patients
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and thrive in Orthodontics
