We are hiring orthodontics/registered dental assistant certified by New York state of education department. Below are the duties & skills required for this position.
Duties:
- Maintaining accurate records of patients' oral health histories and treatment progress.
- Ensuring that all orthodontic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized before each use.
- Keeping patients’ mouths dry during orthodontic procedures by using a suction hose as needed.
- Taking intraoral X-rays of patients’ mouths.
Skills:
- 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Assistant.
Certification/Licenses:
- Valid certification to practice as a Dental Assistant issued by NYSED required.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Salary: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
