Organizational Change Manager (cloud environments)

Location: 100% Remote

Pay: $160-$180k depending on experience

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.

You will be part of a team who will assist businesses to plan and execute their migrations, operations and enhancements in the cloud. Acts as the customer relationship manager and advocate. You will establish change processes for Cloud Center of Excellence and ensure successful planning and delivery of cloud environments to CCOE customers. The CCOE team is responsible for understanding and communicating the cost implications of decisions and technology selection for IT and the businesses, establishing, tracking, and reporting cloud budgets, costs, and variances, and recommending actions to provide the greatest value at the least cost. Works cohesively with businesses, Business Enablement /Service Delivery and Architecture & Standards to ensure cloud cost management. In this role, the candidate should have a strong experience with AWS services and technologies, applications, servers, network security, and hands-on automation experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 U.S. citizenship with Public Trust eligibility

 Demonstrated experience working within or supporting a federal agency

 5+ years supporting Organizational change management in cloud environments

 5+ years supporting change management for cloud migration efforts

 Change management certification or designation desired

 Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

 A solid understanding of federal government change processes

 A solid understanding of Risk Management Framework

 A solid understanding of Agile framework

 Experience implementing organizational change management for large cloud environment

 Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

 Excellent active listening skills

 Ability to clearly articulate messages to team members, leadership and stakeholders

 Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

 Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

 Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

 Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

 Forward looking with a holistic approach

 Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

 Problem solving and root-cause identification skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
