Our family-owned and operated Window and Door Replacement Company located in Ontario, CA is looking for a Customer Service / Project Manager that will be responsible for processing window and door orders, as well as working with our staff and customers to handle service calls and perform other tasks.

You will use your great customer service skills, as well as our easy-to-use project management software to make the job go smoothly and provide great service to our customers. You will receive files from our sales team, and then manage the entire job until it is installed and complete. This includes ordering the windows and doors, ensuring everything is correct on the contract , making sure our installers understand the project, and receiving final payment.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Millworks and/or Residential Window Experience is a huge plus.
• Must have excellent computer skills. We are looking for power users. If you don’t have a very strong grasp of Word, Excel, Windows 10, cloud computing platforms such as gSuites, strong command of shortcuts and other high-level computer user functions, this job is not for you.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a drive to provide fantastic customer service.
• If you have experience in Salesforce, that is also a huge plus. But we will train the right people.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
