Ophthalmologist Job at David Chow, M.D.
We are an ophthalmology practice located in Reston, VA looking for a friendly, people oriented, hardworking, attentive to details, dependable, punctual licensed Ophthalmologist to join our team with the support of our friendly professional staff. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat eye diseases and infections.
- Prescribe medication for patients.
- Operate on eyes.
- Examine eyes for general health.
- Order and administer vision tests to determine if a patient is seeing at an appropriate level for age.
Qualifications / Education:
- Doctor of Medicine- Ophthalmology
- Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
- Strong communicator with problem-solving ability and organizational skills
- Must possess multiple active state licenses from the State Board of Ophthalmology
- Private working environment
Requirements
- Graduation from accredited residency and fellowship programs.
- Active or Eligible for Licensure
- Must be Board Certified (U.S. Residency trained) or Board eligible with the American Board of Ophthalmology.
- Virginia medical licensure required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Reston, VA 20190: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Optometry License (Preferred)
