NTX Solutions LLC is a fast-growing transportation/logistics company. As expanding the business, NTX Solutions LLC is seeking for additional member who is capable to perform the position successfully. A candidate must have related/appropriate experiences and ability of achieving desired result(s) in areas of one’s responsibility.
The overall objective is to support the business' operations by assisting the team in order to create an exceptional experience for customers and vendors. The incumbent is responsible for providing qualitative service to succeed our customers, vendors and the business goals.
Position: Operations Support
Type: Part-time
Hours: 7:00am to 12pm-1pm (adjustable IF earlier than stated start time, 25 hours per week upto 30 hours per week)
Job description
- Data Entry - assist operations with input/validations/reviews and updates
- Jobsite visits on-demand(if necessary)
- General communication duties - telephone and emails; customers, organization and vendors
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Professional manner of written, verbal, and interpersonal communications
- Ability to prioritize and timely process assignments
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive environment
- Ability to implement and uphold service standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of safe/lawful work environment
Pay-scale
$ 15.00 - $ 18.00 per year (determined during and/or after interview)
Benefits - Full-Time position opportunity depend on overall performance (full-time position offers medical, dental, vision insurances, and potential increase of payscale depending on performances)
Education
- High school diploma or GED - Required
- Associate or higher – Preferred
