In this role, you'll be running point on communication and organization of all information to and from Procurement & Logsitics; also assisting the Warehouse team and helping to keep them organized and functioning smoothly! This will include many things, including helping with ensuring checking material that is to be ordered, tracking product and provide logistics updates.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Maintain schedules for Ordering product correctly and on time. .
• Manage inventory as it comes in.
• Coordinate emails to customers.
• Run various reports as requested.
• Assist with all project consultant technology questions (iPads, various systems).
• May include some overlap in assisting the General Manager with special projects and events.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

• Experience with technology (Apple OS a plus)
• MS Office experience - Excel, Outlook, Word
• Initiative to get the job done
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to juggle many things simultaneously
