Raytheon Technologies is seeking a candidate with an extensive background in (Application - Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) development programs. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced customer environment supporting high profile operational requirements. This individual will assist the organization with specific knowledge and understanding of SETA to the GMB program. The candidate will have extensive working experience with industry developing and designing ASICs. The successful candidate must have extensive experience from conception to design to fabrication to operational delivery of custom ASIC systems. The candidate must have experience working within teaming environments across the customers spectrum. In addition, the candidate must also manage partner and stakeholder relationships while operating independently with minimal supervision. Extensive Experience in leading large, successful operations in a highly matrixed compartmented organization.

Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with poly and be crossover eligible.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
• Thrives is a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and managing operational awareness
• Must have 25 + years of applicable ASIC developmental experience
• Analyze, develop, integrate and refine end to end ASIC designs
• Performed highly in-depth analysis of complex and significant interest to the Intelligence Community
• Articulately communicates circuit concepts and fabrication and provide detailed briefings to officials and partners within the mission center
• Provide subject matter expertise on industry developments with regards to ASICs and custom operational system delivery's
• Ability to brief management on progress and findings associated to the mission needs
• Works closely with operational elements executing specific missions, with a particular reference to building partnerships with operational organizations and teams
• Designs, develops, and briefs presentations on current circuit findings
• Ability to hit the ground running on day 1 work day
• Must be knowledgeable in SETA support to the GMD organizational efforts

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree plus 25 years of technical experience. Additional experience maybe substituted in lieu of a degree
