We are currently looking for an outstanding administrative professional for our Operations Manager position. If you are a fun and energetic leader with a desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for our employees and clients, this may be the perfect next job for you. As Operations Manager, you will use your experience to lead the firm’s administrative team to support client success year-round.


Your work will include:

  • Training, developing, and leading our administrative team
  • Supporting a welcoming first experience to our firm
  • Supporting the digital face of our firm including our client portal access, online scheduling and other client experience tools
  • Managing the tax prep check-in, assembly and eFiling functions during tax season
  • Prioritizing workflow and deadlines within the administrative team
  • Creating policies and procedures to continuously improve and create efficient office operations
  • Supporting and assisting team members with general office-related needs including ordering supplies and managing the internal A/P process

  • QuickBooks Online and tax preparation & workflow software are a plus

Required education and experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience with an administrative support team
