Job Summary
Employees main function involves interior maintenance and janitorial duties around the terminal.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of offices, dispatch areas, breakrooms, restrooms, etc.
- Performs regular sanitizing of all surfaces in the offices.
- Ensures that the facility is clean and presentable at all times to provide excellent working conditions.
- Communicates effectively with dispatch and terminal management regarding any special cleaning needs or events coming up that involves special preparation.
- Maintains a friendly demeanor when working with other staff members in the terminal.
- Follows proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures for maximum effectiveness.
- Responsible for ensuring that all supplies are kept orderly and orders supplies as needed.
- Self-starter with a keen awareness of cleanliness.
- Ability to interact with colleagues.
