ABOUT THE POSITION
Anchor Home is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the leadership team and manage the day-to-day administrative activities in the corporate office. The Operations Coordinator will coordinate matters across hiring, purchasing, training, marketing, and admissions.
The candidate in this role will:
- Work on HR, marketing, and technology matters and assist in developing platforms to support our customers and network of professionals.
- Research the regulatory landscape to ensure new and existing initiatives are compliant with applicable state and federal laws.
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional teams
- Participate in research and design of new products and services
- Other tasks/projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized in a fast-paced startup environment
- Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
