Position Description
The Operations Assistant reports to the Director of Operations and supports all activities of the Operations Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Processes various administrative documents such as certificates of insurance, permit applications and other compliance-related forms
- Tracks expenses
- Prepares reports
- Sends/receives mail
- seeks out/interacts with various vendors and other event-planning tasks as they arise.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Highly organized
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Able to lift 30 pounds
***First 3 months of introductory period must work in the office M-F. After that period, may work hybrid schedule as department allows.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Commack, NY 11725
