DigiFlight, Inc., a fast growing Government contractor in Huntsville AL, is seeking a Mid-to-Senior
Level Product Office Operations Cell Analyst to support an active Army Aviation contract, working
on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The candidate will directly support the Project Manager and Project
Office by performing planning, programmatic, financial management and/or budgetary activities.
Position is the nucleus of an Ops Cell at the Product Office level. Currently, the Product Managers or
Deputies act as action officers to answer the increased demands present in today's environment.
The Ops Cell Analyst will be responsible to the Project Manager to accept, track, and prepare
responses to the greatly increased numbers of taskers received in several different data bases, to
include TMT. The ideal individual will coordinate within the respective Product
Office and functional Division, as required, to prepare responses and staff actions.

This position requires working and interfacing directly with other analysts and engineers across all
offices and divisions in the Program Office, and with Department of the Army and Program Executive
Office contacts for taskers, execution reviews, and other leadership meetings as required. Direct job
experience in the following areas is desirable and preferred:

  • Preparing, maintaining, and updating briefing materials such as the PEO Metrics Review Slides,
DASM Metrics Review, Configuration Steering Committee, Weapon System Review, Pre-Command
Course, Vice Chief of Staff Army Program Office Update charts, All-Hands, Program Office Updates
to several meetings with Industry, and weekly staff call
  • Managing Product Office calendar: coordinating with other offices and deconflicting events
  • Managing Product Office taskings: assigning action officers, tracking suspenses, consolidating
input from multiple areas, editing and providing final response for submission
  • Managing historical database and configuration control of briefings, info papers, talking points, etc.
  • Managing historical database of official program documentation: ICD, CDD, CPD, ADM, TEMP,
Acq Strategy, J&A, etc
  • Consolidating SME input and writing initial drafts of responses to RFIs
  • Collecting, consolidating, and editing weekly SIGACT reports
  • Planning, coordinating and providing administrative support for meetings: Planning sessions, Homeon-Home, Program Mgmt Reviews, etc. Some travel may be required (approximately 10%).
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current, active Secret clearance
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience and familiarity
  • Familiarity with and understanding of how Army staff work is coordinated and approved, how the
staffing channels work, and how taskers are handled
  • Some familiarity with and exposure to aspects of DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and
Execution (PPBE) process and Army planning/programming methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to set priorities, to organize tasks,
monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work
  • Strong capability operating Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
PREFERRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts or related field - Strong familiarity with Department of Defense (and Dept of Army in particular) planning,
programming, budgeting and execution processes, procedures, rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with Army program office processes and PEO Aviation database operations
  • Experience with the technical aspects of Army programs, particularly regarding procedures,
analysis, operations, and support activities
