Our client, a packaging manufacturing company in East Stroudsburg needs an EXPEREINCED OPERATION’S COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR….
$20 TO $22 PER HOUR – (depending on proven experience)

THE OPERATION’S COORDINATOR’S ROLE IS TO BASICALLY MAINTAIN A CONSISTENT WORKFLOW
DUTIES/RESPONSIBIITES INCLUDE -
- Execute the production schedule shared by the production team
- Keep an eye on the production flow is running smoothly as scheduled
- Keep an eye that all machine operator's and workers are working and doing their jobs properly
- Make sure that the floor stays organized, clean and always following procedure
- Keep an eye on the overall productivity of the machines, employees and as a whole
- Keep an eye on some of the QC, to a limited extend
- Make sure that we're keeping to our schedule and stuff getting completed and shipped as promised to customer's
- Basically, to be on the floor to ensure everything is running smoothly, we're staying on schedule, delivering quality products and that the floor is clean, organized and runs.....
Work Schedule – Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm
