Responsibilities

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Onboarding Program Manager to join our team. The Onboarding Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, departmental onboarding, and Program Manager for the New Grad Program. This individual will work closely with various departments and leaders to ensure a seamless and effective onboarding experience for all new employees.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture and values
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to create and implement department-specific onboarding plans and training for new employees
  • Serve as the Program Manager for the New Grad Program, managing the onboarding process for new graduates
  • Evaluate and improve onboarding processes and programs to ensure that they are effective, efficient, and aligned with company goals and values
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to provide onboarding resources and services as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding activities and metrics

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or related HR field
  • Experience managing onboarding programs for multiple departments and/or programs
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding software is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
The expected starting pay range for this role is $103,000- $139,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
