As an On-Call Driver with Care Connection you will be responsible for transporting clients to various locations in the company vehicle. While this is an On-Call position, you will need to complete our online Behavioral Health Driver training program and attend 1 half-day of in-person training.

The Schedule is flexible to your availability. The Pay is $18.00-$20.00 an hour. We have 10 available positions for this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Transports clients as needed and follows all transportation safety and documentation guidelines.

Maintains awareness, safety, security, and supervision of clients in care at all times. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with all clients in our care, agency staff, and external stakeholders.

Follows all behavior management, de-escalation strategies, and crisis intervention protocols and procedures.

Ensure all conduct and client interactions are Trauma Informed and follows best practices.

Models sensitivity and competency related to diversity and cultural awareness.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Behavioral Health Technician [BHT] experience is ideal.

23+ years old required.

Must have valid California Driver’s license, exhibit the ability to operate company vans and/or vehicles safely and have a clean 5-year motor vehicle history.

Preferred dress code: Casual (come as you are, but please be presentable) Company ID will be provided once hired.
