Professional Golf Planners of America, LLC. (PGPA) is a Michigan-based golf company that specializes in everything golf. PGPA's Certified Golf Tournament Planners provide experience and professional fundraising leadership while utilizing the latest technologies and resources specifically used in golf event planning.

We are looking for an Office Manager to help with our growing golf industry business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing business operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Monitoring, tracking, and categorizing expenses. Utilizing Quickbooks to produce monthly financial reports to review with PGPA Leadership
  • Provide support to other PGPA Managers on all facets of the business based on abilities
  • Attend PGPA client meetings as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office management experience
  • 2+ years of Quickbooks experience
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs with aptitude to learn new software and systems

This is a work from home position with the occasional requirement of in-person work meetings and other tasks as needed by the business.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
