The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Indianapolis production site. This role involves leading/supporting several project initiatives as well as day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support including complex calendar management, travel and expense report support. Schedule and coordinate team meetings, 1:1s, department meetings, meeting management and logistics.
  • Coordinate activities for complex meeting and events including ordering food and equipment, managing/setting up equipment onsite, and handling issues for offsite meetings.
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve conflicts and use diplomacy to resolve problems; manage confidential matters on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with outside vendors, providing support when needed with meeting scheduling and office space.
  • Manage Purchase Orders through AAA systems, also tracking payment of invoices as requested.
  • Coordinate and provide key information to other business units as requested, and as appropriate. Manage document resources on SharePoint site.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new colleagues; update team organizational charts and distribution lists as required
  • Work closely with the Administrative Assistants for coverage within the group and manage workflow.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $62,900.00 and $94,300.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelor's degree preferred; 3 years of office management experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills required.
