Office Manager Job at Montessori School at Five Canyons
We would like to invite you for the position of Office Manager at an established, accredited Montessori school in Castro Valley. A qualified person must have people skills, as well as be tech-savvy to ensure the smooth running of our office. The office manager will be responsible for communicating with the parents, teachers, and the connection to our parent community and is the first contact person for the outsiders. We are looking for someone who has great organizational skills, and strong communication skills written and spoken. We are Montessori Preschool serving families with children 18 months to 6 years of age. We are proud of our diverse community and would like to find someone who shares our vision.
Requirements: Criminal record clearance, immunization record, mandated reporter certificate.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
