We are currently seeking an Office Manager to partner within our Baltimore, MD location. This is a full time position. This role requires great organizational skills, clear communication, and strong Excel skills.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Take ownership of customer and business-related concerns
  • Own all accounting functions in alignment with ASC Policies and Procedures
  • Support all Human Resource needs and issues in partnership with Corporate HR
  • Ensure successful daily management of office personnel, including training & development
  • Responsible for processing ADI LPO?s
  • Support safety with reporting and management of all incidents
  • Verbally escalate all issues/concerns to GM immediately

Education & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, sitting, walking, carrying of items, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, bending, and moving vehicles
  • Occasionally lifting objects approximately less than 20 pounds

Additional Requirements:

  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a ?Driver? as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver?s license
  • Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
