We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to perform clerical and administrative work for our growing team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills and an upbeat attitude. This is a great opportunity to utilize proven skills while you build new skills working at an established company.
- ·Ability to understand and read electrical plans (training provided, if needed)
- General clerical and administrative work
- Ability to utilize Bluebeam Revue Program (training provided, if needed)
- Review Builder contracts and community standards
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Accubid
- Generate pull sheets and work with the warehouse to get supplies to the crews
- Ability to utilize basic office equipment (Printer/Scanner)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
