Part Time, School Based Opening - East of Harts, West Virginia
In search of a pediatric, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) just outside of Harts, WV. In this role you will be providing students with direct and indirect occupational therapy intervention services for the remainder of the 2022-23 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing students physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
- Equipping student and/or classroom in ways that are better suited for students' use and development
- Reviewing the students’ progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
- Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls
Experience:
- Previous OT experience with pediatrics preferred
Education:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the AOT
- Active West Virginia, OT license required
