Job Summary and Qualifications

• As the Certified Surgical First Assistant, you will assist the surgical team in preparing the operative suite for procedures.

• You will assist the surgeon in performing a safe surgical procedure

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program..

• Certified as a First Assistant with a nationally recognized organization that is accepted in the state of Tennessee.
• CPR certification.
• Training and experience related to assisting surgical cases.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFA), or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), or Certified First Assistant

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
