Congregational Home is looking for a full-time Nutritional Services Supervisor!
Shift Hours: 11:30am-8:00pm, alternating weekends and holidays required
Responsibilities:
- assist the department director to ensure quality customer service focus
- promote excellent team and leadership skills
- ensure quality food preparation to seniors and guest
- supervise cooks, and oversee employee training
- leady by example to food service aides
- push for team centered service
- will occasionally fill in as a cook
Qualifications:
- leadership or supervisory role in restaurant or long term health care experience required
- serve safe certification required
- great customer service with a passion for serving seniors
- strong communication skills
