WHY: Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation are looking for Licensed CNAs to support our Full and Part time staff members. We are looking for the following shifts:

• AMS: 6am- 10am, 10am-2pm
• PMS: 2pm-6pm, 6pm-10pm

These are very short shifts that will assist in aiding our CNAs to provide the highest of quality cares to our residents, as well as assist the full and part time staff in prevention of burn-out. Come, help out at Nazareth Health and work alongside some of the best Nursing staff in Wisconsin!

• The CNA maintains a homelike environment for the residents, protects and promotes resident rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
• Provides direct care to residents to improve or maintain the resident’s abilities according to residents’ plan of care.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transferring, feeding of assigned residents or providing set-up assistance, verbal prompts, physical support or more extensive assistance.
