AWS/CES is looking for a Nursing Administrator in Orlando FL.
Salary: $120-$140K a year.
This is a direct hire position.
Job Summary:
As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
to our residents while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. You will
oversee various departments, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and work closely with
residents, their families, and other stakeholders to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive
environment. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep
commitment to the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure efficient and effective
facility operations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of various departments to ensure the highest quality of
care and services are provided.
Collaborate with department heads to establish goals, objectives, and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing,
safety, and healthcare standards.
Stay up to date with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain
compliance.
Prepare for and participate in inspections and surveys conducted by regulatory agencies.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the facility budget, monitor expenses, and identify areas for cost savings
without compromising the quality of care.
Oversee billing, reimbursement processes, and financial reporting.
Evaluate financial performance and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation.
Staff Management and Development:
Recruit, hire, and train qualified personnel to meet the facility's staffing needs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues or conflicts that arise.
Resident Care and Family Engagement:
Ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and social
needs of residents.
Foster a culture of resident and family engagement, promoting open communication and
addressing concerns or suggestions promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
for residents.
Requirements:
Valid license or certification as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role within a
healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement systems, and industry best
practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and build positive relationships with residents,
families, and staff.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
