AWS/CES is looking for a Nursing Administrator in Orlando FL.

Salary: $120-$140K a year.

This is a direct hire position.

Job Summary:

As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care

to our residents while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. You will

oversee various departments, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and work closely with

residents, their families, and other stakeholders to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive

environment. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep

commitment to the well-being of our residents.


Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure efficient and effective

facility operations.

 Monitor and evaluate the performance of various departments to ensure the highest quality of

care and services are provided.

 Collaborate with department heads to establish goals, objectives, and performance standards.

 Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing,

safety, and healthcare standards.

 Stay up to date with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain

compliance.

 Prepare for and participate in inspections and surveys conducted by regulatory agencies.


Financial Management:

 Develop and manage the facility budget, monitor expenses, and identify areas for cost savings

without compromising the quality of care.

 Oversee billing, reimbursement processes, and financial reporting.

 Evaluate financial performance and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation.


Staff Management and Development:

 Recruit, hire, and train qualified personnel to meet the facility's staffing needs.

 Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff, promoting a positive work environment.

 Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues or conflicts that arise.

Resident Care and Family Engagement:

 Ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and social

needs of residents.

 Foster a culture of resident and family engagement, promoting open communication and

addressing concerns or suggestions promptly.

 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

for residents.


Requirements:

 Valid license or certification as a Nursing Home Administrator.

 Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role within a

healthcare setting.

 Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement systems, and industry best

practices.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and build positive relationships with residents,

families, and staff.

 Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
