Preferred Care at Hamilton is accepting applications for a 3-11 Supervisor.
As a Nursing Supervisor you will:
- Oversee Nurses and CNAs to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and mandated regulations.
- Provide professional guidance for nursing personnel, and integrate Nursing Services functions with other departments.
- The Nursing Supervisor will also participate in program development and training for staff and assist with continuing education programs.
- Provides continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Assesses patient needs; participates in providing nursing care; ensures services are carried out and documented appropriately
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey or compact state nursing license. RN preferred, will consider LPN>
- BCLS and ACLS certification..
- One to two years supervisory/leadership experience.
