Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job at Chapel Hill Family Medicine, Hazlet NJ
Chapel Hill Family Medicine is a traditional family practice seeing age's 4 and up ( although most patients are age 16 and up ) Knowledge on diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illness with certification and license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner essential. We do not overbook and allow 15 minute visits for acute care, 30 minutes for most new patients, hospital follow ups and physicals. The position can be either 4 or 5 days per week with an 8 hour shift. It is possible that a 4 hour shift one Saturday per month will be required. If you choose the 5 day schedule the week of your weekend shift would be 4.5 days
