Job Title: Nurse

  • Location: Three Rivers Ranger District 1437 N Hwy 2 Troy, MT 59935

Job Overview:

This position performs a wide variety of duties to ensure an efficient and effective process for welcoming and screening all patients and visitors who enter our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Written results including reference ranges, and written interpretations that provide a clear explanation of the tests conducted.
  • Colorectal Kits dispersed at the drawing that include an explanation of the procedure for using the colorectal Kit.
  • Blood pressure reading at time of draw.
  • Protective, disposable gloves for the personnel conducting the draw. These need to be changed between each individual’s draw.

Duties:

  • Blood Pressure Reading
  • Lipid Panel
  • Glucose
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP)
  • Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
  • Colorectal Kit
  • Vitamin D Test

Qualifications:

High School diploma

  • Basic communication skills and working knowledge of the English language.
  • Resourceful in problem solving.
  • Ability to be organized and flexible in response to changing demands.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with little supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to ensure a high level of patient, visitor, employee, and external customer satisfaction.
  • Effective organizational and planning abilities.
  • Willingness to use initiative and handle extra duties as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a rapid pace.
  • Ability to teach basic skills and techniques to peers.
  • Ability to make appropriate and timely decisions.
  • Ability to maintain information confidential in nature.
  • Ability to use and recognize medical terminology.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Eureka, MT 59917: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • RN (Preferred)
