Valley Care and Rehab is looking for CNA’s to join our team! Evening shifts are currently available. Valley Care and Rehab, located in Barnesville, MN, is a CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a unique living experience that only happens in a small community. We are the 2020 recipient of the AHCA/NCAL National Bronze Aware – Commitment to Quality Award.

64 hours/per pay period – 8 hour shifts (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

Duties:

• Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, and toileting when necessary
• Respond to resident calls for assistance
• Light housekeeping tasks such as bed making and keeping resident rooms tidy
• Comply with facility policies and procedures and making recommendations for revisions
• Follow resident care plans
• Maintain good infection control procedures
• Works under the direction of the DON to monitor resident’s needs and changes in condition, conducting focused assessments when appropriate and reporting results.
