WHAT YOU WILL DO

The System Administrator is responsible for managing technical processes within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The analyst deploys all processes and can report on the data/outcome of those processes when needed. They are responsible for the implementation and configuration of LMS/LXP utilization and functionality. Oversee day-to-day processes within the LMS; serve as liaison between customers & multiple vendors. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert with processes within the system

Essential Functions:
  • Experience with Degreed.
  • Experience with Workday or Enterprise level LMS is preferred
  • Maintain a solution design document of how Nike configures the LMS/LXP
  • Experience with major implementation and migrations
  • Develop process improvements and recommendations for maintaining programs and initiatives within both LMS and LXP (upgrades features)
  • Participate in, understand and drive new product/features planning, releases and review meetings
  • Maintain the 3 LMS environments (Staging, non-production (QA) and Production) with the most updated versions, includes refreshes, testing as per business need to maintain consistency and versioning
  • Maintain the 2 LXP environments (Beta, Production)
  • Oversee the maintenance of existing accounts, security roles/permissions and end user access
  • Work with HRD team to fix and resolve any LMS/LXP related issues reported by end users; Partner with other Technology teams and vendors to resolve issues or improve process; interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and help identify a solution
  • Act as the Technical Domain Expert for all parts of the system. This includes but is not limited to Learning, Reporting and Content Integration (SCORM) and other forms of learning content.
  • Partner with functional areas to build complex business rules to create groups within LXP. This includes creating business rules for each group and sending to degreed, tracking each rule in a spreadsheet and pulling reports to ensure degreed implemented the rules correctly
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reporting for user access/permissions, ticketing issues for both LXP/LMS
  • Partner with outside consulting vendors that support our systems and understand process of issue escalation

  • Integration with other Nike Inc. platforms
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Exceptional Learning Technology skills across multiple platforms (Large LMS and LXP Platform - Degreed)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally; ability to work with others within the organization; must be able to interact effectively with the leadership
  • Troubleshooting skills and must be an objective, fact-based decision maker
  • Strong problem solving and priority setting skills
  • Ability to make recommendations for business process or system changes to meet business requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with different timelines and end-users with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and conflict resolution skills
  • Complex and innovative problem solving
  • Self-sufficient, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong project management skills (familiar with Agile)
  • Worked with Ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
