AT3 Professional Staffing Solutions, LLC is partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Richmond, IN area in search of a full-time Rotating Night Shift Supervisor to work night shifts. Our client offers a great working environment, collaborative culture and room for advancement.

Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:

• Computes amounts of materials and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area.
• Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to rework products which fail to meet standards.
• Trains and mentors employees, assists with developing improved training processes.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Interprets production metrics, investigates deviations, and implements corrective actions.

Qualifications for Production Supervisor:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2 + years in a supervisory role.
• Organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skill.
• Must possess good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
