- Required experiences with Nice InContact CXOne Design
- Nice InContact CXOne Troubleshooting experience
- Working knowledge of unit testing
- Acts as a team member for the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NICE InContact platform.
- Analyze, build, and modify call routing utilizing InContact Studio.
- Experience in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, API, OKTA
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite (.NET Framework, Visual Studio) or another similar open-source software stack
- Responsible for technical documentation, testing, supporting, and troubleshooting all contact center platform infrastructure and solutions.
- Maintain current Contact Center implementation and push for new technologies/advancement in the Contact Center arena.
- Working knowledge of user stories or use cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,503.76 - $150,189.60 per year
