Job Description


MUST BE US Citizen for Minimum 3 years with DoE Q or TS or Secret Clearance!

If you enjoy working on your home computer Designing Networks, Configuring Firewalls or/and Gaming, "We Want Your Inner Technical Geek!" We are a team of Bathrobe Engineers, and Geek Squad Fire Fighters!

NETWORK ENGINEER - Albuquerque, N.M. or Chattanooga, Tn.

  • Deploy, provide ongoing support, Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, engineering for Cisco routers, Catalyst switches as well as develop and update SOP for Network provisioning and maintenance.
  • O&M of Cisco, Palo Alto devices, documented, to include create and update related engineering documents, drawings, and IP addressing assignments.
  • Develop documentation to improve current network operating procedures, draft configuration change control proposals for submission to the CCB
  • Install and operate open source software, perform network performance testing and monitoring, crate and update topology diagrams and documentation.
  • Operates in remotely administered lights-out environment with deployed pre-configured equiption, out-of-band access via OOB mgmt. and serial console during circuit problem determination.

Qualifications


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 7 years Palo Alto, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Flex VPN and VRF, Python, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Gigabit Ethernet LAN networks, TCP/IP, VLAN, CISCO Networking Devices, Available for 24/7/365 including weekends and holidays, MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s):
  • REQUIRED CLEARANCE: DoE Q, or TS
