Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Software Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all software and related artifacts at Mosaic. This may include, but is not limited to, API integrations, .NET/React native applications, modernization of legacy scripting (perl/python/php), testing automation, and data integration/warehousing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create and maintain applications to support business functions using .NET and React native
• Maintain middleware functions to support data interfaces from on prem, cloud, and SaaS data sources.
• Participate in an Agile SDLC
• Implements tools and practices to prevent security breaches and other exposures. Champions a DevOps security model so that security is automated and elastic across all platforms.
• Performs root cause analysis for production errors.
• Facilitates product rollouts, fixes, and updates as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Mosaic’s 7 Essential Practices of Leadership
• Ability to design and implement intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with building and integrating applications using SOA and Micro services.
• Experience with .NET and React native
• Experience with Azure DevOps tools.
• Experience with designing database schema, stored procedures, trigger and user defined functions in MS SQL Server environment.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of users (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or equivalent practical experience. Two plus years of experience building applications with modern web technologies (compensation commensurate with experience). Experience with strictly regulated fields is preferred (e.g. HIPAA, FERPA, PCI, etc)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
