Job Title : National Accounts Administrator
Major Goals and Responsibilities :
Support Prosource customers through dealer and vendor relationships across the US ensuring timely and profitable delivery, installation, service, and billing for devices shipped out of the Prosource Primary Service area, and devices shipped into the Prosource primary service area.
Essential Activities :
Project Coordination and Scheduling (15%)
Work with Prosource Account managers, logistics, and billing to insure device deployment, contract terms, delivery expectations and requirements.
Dealer/Vendor Communication and Contracting (35%)
Identify potential dealers working through established partnerships and establishing new partnerships to fulfill the requirements of the sales effort. Review contract terms, deployment guides, schedules, and ongoing issues or challenges to provide a positive and profitable relationship. Maintain a record of communication to ensure that issues are resolved and supported for both internal and external communication. Use the Prosource CRM system to track activities and record communications with dealers and vendors. Provide quarterly updates on business.
Administrative Operations (20%)
Timely order entry of new sales orders and associated billing, contract and service billing items within the established standards for order processing.
Contract Negotiation (5%)
Working through an established set of procedures and with the Senior Vice President, secure signed contracts with dealer and vendor partners that insure the minimum level of profitability based upon the selling rate, and the company requirements as established in the critical path, including the completion of necessary reporting from the dealer to insure performance within the customer contracted SLA.
Sales and Management Communication (25%)
Support the sales effort through timely communication, follow up on items, issues, and timeframes associated with dealer/vendor installations. Assist the sales team prior to the sale to determine the dealer, requirements, and potential opportunities and risks in a specific contract.

Prerequisites (i.e. education, experience):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, management, or project management
  • 3 years of experience working in matrix-type work environment with a high level of customer interaction
  • Experience with computer and imaging technology and devices is preferred
  • Education and/or certification through the Project Management Institute and/or CompTIA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated through experience the ability to multitask diverse issues and manage work schedules of multiple people.
  • Excellent customer relationship, organization, and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit, stand or stoop for long periods of time.
  • Driving or flying to client sites may be required
Toughest Part of the Job:
  • Negotiating with dealers to maintain profitability
  • Managing performance of associates, dealers and vendors without formal reporting authority
  • Managing impressions, desires and requirements outside of the agreed upon statement of work.
  • Dealing with last minute changes and customer re-configurations.
Compensation Methods:
  • Base salary and bonus plan performance compensation.
