The Mutual Funds Operations Department is seeking a Trade Life Cycle Manager who will monitor daily processes to improve JP Morgan client relationships and services. As a Trade Lifecycle Manager, you will be expected to perform daily Operations activities working alongside team members to develop a strong and risk less operations work-flow. We will develop processing skills at all levels of execution to maintain accurate, extensive Mutual Funds trading records and collaborate work efforts with other Mutual Fund Companies to create greater efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks assigned
  • Manage assigned tasks independently with a little or no supervision
  • Support Client and other Lines of Business
  • Daily reconciliation of the previous day's activities
  • Nightly cleanup to ensure all of the business days tasks and transactions were completed accordingly
  • Resolving daily ad-hoc discrepancies as well as answering inquiries
  • The role requires a sharp attention to detail and capability to work within a time sensitive environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A sense of teamwork, ownership of individually assigned tasks and overall responsibility
  • Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
  • Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc...) . Excel Skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Preferred experience in middle or back office operations
  • Preferred general understanding of debits and credits
