Music Label A&R, Artists and Repertoire Job at 4444 Live
A&R will assist in seeking talent to sign. A&R will work with artists during the recording process.
We are also open to working with independents. If you have an artist you want us to listen to let us know.
Responsibilities:
- Set up recording sessions for artists and ensuring that everything needed is completed.
- Set up writers or outside musicians as needed.
- Set producers and beats
- Secure featured artists for collaboration
- Collect all label copy for releases.
- A&R research
- Maintain all recording session files.
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of A&R experience
- Strong proficiency in music recording and engineering.
- Full understanding of new trends in music especially in the hip-hop and r&b genres.
- Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Experience:
- A&R or music recording: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90046
