MRI Tech in Santa Rosa, CA:
We are currently seeking a qualified MRI Tech to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. As an MRI Tech, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
This is a 13-week renewable contract position that requires at least one year of MRI Tech experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Administer contrast material when required and follow all safety protocols
- Maintain equipment and ensure its cleanliness and safety
- Monitor patients during procedures and report any adverse reactions to the radiologist or other medical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
Requirements:
- At least one year of MRI Tech experience
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
