Job Description


Description

Role1 - Solid Mechanics, Material Behavior, Thermal Analysis, FEA, Stress Analysis

Role2 - Aerospace Structures Stress Analysis, FAA and JAA certification requirements

Role3 - Failure analysis, finite elements, and methods of stress analysis, thermal effects, fatigue, and fracture mechanics.

Role4 - Develop & perform tests (stress, temperatures, material characterization), interpret test

results and calibrate analytical models.

Role5 - PATRAN, NASTRAN and ABAQUS, Working knowledge of CATIA-V5

Mandatory/ Desired:

Skill1 - Define structural test requirements for laboratory and full-scale testing.

Skill 2 - Understanding of external loads, load paths and free body diagrams, aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.

Skill 3 - Ensure compliance to system requirements

Skill 4 - ECO/ECN and Change Order implementation in PLM

Skill 5 -Defect management, RRCA, FMEA, Change management and configuration control
