Mortgage Loan Closer Job at Thompson And Associates, Attorneys at Law
Real Estate Closer
The successful candidate will guide clients, under the supervision of a Licensed Attorney, through the closing process. As a strong communicator and good listener, the Loan closer will manage expectations and coordinate from receipt of the Title Order from the Lender, requesting a title exam from 3rd party sources, deliver of title exam to attorney for review, preparation of Title Insurance Commitment, Scheduling of a time to close, preparation of closing documents, filing of documents with the appropriate recording office, and returning signed documents to the lender.
The office uses SoftPro automated closing software. The successful candidate will have experience using SoftPro or a similar software program.
Additionally, we have a small office with 3 other paraprofessionals and two attorneys. The candidate must be able to work well with others and share some common responsibilities of answering the phone and greeting clients.
Training and orientation will be handled by our managing attorney. Additionally, the successful candidate must pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
