Montessori Assistant Primary Teacher - (ages 3-6 ) Job at INTERNATIONAL MONTESSORI
We're looking for a creative and organized Assistant Teacher to supervise and engage our classroom of children. We're looking for someone to be committed to our mission and values and who can combine fun and learning in an engaging way. This position requires meeting the needs of individual children and excellent communication skills with other staff, parents, and community members.
Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans in a Montessori classroom in setting.
- Manage the behavior of students in a Montessori classroom setting.
- Provide support to teachers and parents.
- Adapt lesson plans for different audiences and learning styles.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and other teachers.
- Give students the attention they need to learn.
- Gain knowledge of the Montessori pedagogy in order to assist in instruction.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
