Molder Trainee Job at Masis Professional Group
How You'll Perform The Role
- Molder Trainee will start and stop injection machines, robots and peripheral product handling equipment.
- Clean, grease and check oil levels of machines and mold faces.
- Cycle machines to maintain quality and efficiencies.
- Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Check and fill color concentrates and set up and maintain color concentrates.
- Molder Trainee will report any mold or machine deficiency (Maintenance Work Order System)
- Assist Maintenance, Tool Room and Stacker departments.
- Ensure proper reuse of rejects by completing all grinding by shift's ends.

- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Work overtime as required.
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
