T-Mobile Bilingual Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Recruit, coach, and develop the talent on your team. Create a self-discovery environment to help others become future leaders. Be known for Rockstar’s.
• Analyze your business and identify key areas of stores success and opportunities. Make decisions on strategies to drive improved business results and communicate them to your team. Become a true business owner.
• Be that leader that is actively involved and setting the culture for your store. Engaging with your team and assisting them to deliver a great customer experience while teaching them on how to be successful in wireless sales.
• Utilize your planning and organizational skills to set your store up for success. Create that environment the represents the T-Mobile brand. Teach your teams on how to create a safe, secure, and profitable environment.
• Utilize your skills in analyses and problem solving. Leverage the ability to partner with others to achieve better results for your team and company.
• Create and execute communication strategies for individuals, store team, and others in meetings, emails, and group discussions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role.
• Retail Wireless Experience preferred
• Experience with performance evaluation process
• Good math skills with ability to analyze reports and sales statistics
• Leadership and organizational ability
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible to work various shifts
• High School Diploma or GED

Salary + monthly performance bonus! $65k (all-in average)

Pay: $41,600.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Sales/ Commission Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Spanish (Preferred)
