Mobile Service Technician Job Description:

The Mobile Service Technician will specialize in off-site service work performed from our state-of-the-art mobile service van! Technicians will examine vehicles to determine the nature and cause of maintenance needed, perform the maintenance services, and communicate with the customers. They will also perform OEM recalls on customer vehicles at their home or work!

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities

• Commute via Mobile Service Van to customer’s home or work
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection report
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Mobile Service Technician Qualifications

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
