Mobile Crisis Responder

Our Mobile Crisis Responder will receive a competitive sign-on bonus!

Location: 4633 Aicholtz Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244

Hours: Full time

Degree Required: Masters in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology

License Required: LSW, LPC, MFT, or Psych Asst.

License Preferred: LISW, LPCC, IMFT

A unique opportunity to work directly in a police department and closely collaborate with officers to serve the mental health needs of the community and neighboring communities.

Primary Job Responsibilities: Respond to mental health crisis situations in Clermont County with law enforcement personnel and assist with crisis de-escalation, mental health assessment, and making decisions regarding appropriate level of care in high-risk situations.

Mobile Crisis Responders also answers calls on the Clermont and Brown Crisis Hotline, follows up on referrals from law enforcement and provides crisis support to team members and clients of Child Focus. Intensive case management and connection to services provided for high utilizers of police intervention. Candidates for consideration must be able to work independently, must have strong problem-solving skills, must be detail oriented, and highly organized. Requires some evening hours.
