Full Job Description

We are seeking a Water Mitigation/Emergency Services Manager. If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a company that has high standards for delivering restoration solutions and has a passion for serving those in need of emergency services we would love to speak with you.

Experience in Water Mitigation and Emergency Services is required

• Write Scopes/Xactimate Estimates, board-up, corrosion mitigation, odor, water
• Supervise/Manage Field Staff – Ensure daily goals are met
• Work with Project Managers, Dept. Managers, and Estimators to achieve synergistic results.
• Meet TPA/Insurance Company guidelines and documentation (XM8 & XA)
• Ensure quality on Dry-outs, Remediation, and Tarp/Board-Ups.
• Obtain Certification of Completion and perform final walk through to Complete applicable Xactimate Scopes
• Make initial contact and hold relationship with customer
• Ensure MICA report is completed properly.
• Keep compliance tasks in RM/XA up to date.
• Get Work Authorization signed.
• Keep extra supply of materials in vans.
• Communicate with adjusters and TPA call centers.
• Train/Coach/Support Technicians
• Ensure RM/XA is updated daily

High Detail Job Accountabilities

• Ensure jobs are dried and documented per company/carrier guidelines.
• Ensure mold remediation projects pass PRV first time.
• Ensure staffing and on-call schedule are adequate and manned.
• Ensure all estimates, status updates, and dry logs are done within company and program guidelines.
• Participates in emergency services when an “All hands on deck” scenario arises.
• Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole.
• Participates in marketing and business development as the need arises.
• Participates in the collection process of payment from customers.
• Maintain and participate in the on-call rotation for holidays, weekdays, and weekends.
• Participate in company training, meetings, as well as business and social events.

Hours: Our regular business hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, however this position has both flexibility and the requirement to work after hours if needed.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
