Minneapolis Refuse Inc is looking for drivers to collect recycling, in a prompt and courteous manner for our customers within the city of Minneapolis.

Responsibilities;

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
• Safely operate his or her truck along his or her designated route and to the disposal site; follow map and dispatch notes and service each customer on the assigned route or as instructed by the supervisor or dispatch.
• Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers, and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely manner.
• Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations, takes care of all customer needs, and adheres to the rules and regulations set forth by the City of Minneapolis.
• Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.
• Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operational at all times.
• Good follow through ability adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
• Ability to adhere to policies and rules set forth by the city and the organization; promote a safe work environment that is free of unnecessary rick.

Qualifications;

• Class B or A Commercial Driver’s License with air brake endorsement.
