Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Resistors or Micro Electronics industry experience is a MUST
- Marketing and Sales with Micro Electronics is a MUST
- Experience with Business plans
Responsibilities:
- Promotes the product line to optimize market share position,
- Product line’s market competitiveness and develops leadership position in target market segments.
- Supports marketing and Sales in targeting key customers and develop strategy for growth.
- Provides matrixed leadership for functions dedicated to the Resistor product
- Develops, formulates and executes short- and long-term product business plans.
- Develops and executes short and long term business plans for the product line.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $104,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
