We are pleased to announce the following available position: Full Time MSW SOCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

The Therapist is responsible for providing AMSR training and Clinical Services training to new employees; continued education of therapists to enhance skills; lead therapist in the absence of the DCS or as assigned by the DCS; assists with chart auditing and corrections for excellent documentation, additional training of staff as assigned and intern supervision; and manages all aspects of the outpatient department including knowledge of state and federal regulations, auditing and monitoring processes for efficiency, leadership for the outpatient staff and acts as interdepartmental liaison between the outpatient department and the UM, Nursing and E&R departments.

Obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; performing marketing functions as assigned; assisting in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.
Qualifications:
Applicant must have a leadership skills and excellent clinical skills.
Must have a Master's Degree
License in the State of Florida as an MSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT ; prefer a minimum of two years post Master's working experience including group therapy, case coordination activities, substance abuse, mental health and specific treatment related to adults/children in acute care and/or intensive outpatient settings.
Must be familiar with the Baker Act Process for the State of Florida.
